At the Cambridge Alumni Festival a panel of women engineers discussed, and fielded questions, on the challenges and opportunities in promoting diversity in aerospace and power generation sectors. The panel was made up of Masha Folk and Helen Brocklehurst from Rolls-Royce; Bronywn Power from Pratt and Whitney; and Judith Farman and Abigail Berhane from the Whittle Laboratory. They argue that encouraging diversity is key to accelerating the transition to net-zero.
